I found this hotel to be a pleasant stay overall. The rooms, although a bit small for the number of guests, were surprisingly excellent in terms of cleanliness. Unfortunately, dealing with the inconvenience of room changes was a downside. The service from the staff was friendly and helpful, making my experience enjoyable. The location was absolutely fantastic, with easy access to local transportation and everything South Beach has to offer. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with basic and repetitive options every day.

The hotel is situated in a fabulous location, around 20 minutes walk from the main shops, bars & restaurants. The rooms, despite being in an unlighted area, worked perfectly even for middle-aged guests. The service, especially from Barbara at the front desk, is genuinely friendly and helpful, fixing any issues promptly. However, the dining experience, which was just toast and constantly running out, did not meet the expectations. On a positive note, the hotel amenities include dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, tours/ticket assistance, and a happy hour, making the stay convenient.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, just steps away from the beach and close to various restaurants. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The only drawback was the limited breakfast options, but overall, it was a wonderful experience.
